Planing a trip to the happiest place on Earth, a.k.a. Disney World? I’ve got some tips to plan an awesome and comfortable Disney World outfit. When going to a Disney park, it’s crucial that you wear comfortable clothes. But in my opinion, it’s also crucial to be cute and stylish. So here’s my advice to stay cute and comfortable while walking around all day.

Comfortable shoes

This is the most important thing to keep in ming when planning your Disney World outfit. You’re going to be on your feet all day walking, standing in line, etc. It is an absolute must that your shoes are comfortable to walk in.

I usually opt for a comfy pair of sneakers, usually Converse because they match a lot of outfits and I like the way they feel on my feet. If you buy new shoes for the trip, wear them ahead of time to make sure they don’t rub anywhere on your feet. (I’d also recommend bringing some small bandaids or blister cushions in case you start to feel any blisters at any point.)

Jeans or shorts

So this tip is going to depend on what time of year you’re going to Disney World. But, either way, an awesome Disney World outfit includes jeans or shorts that are comfortable to sit or stand in. Usually I go for stretchy jeans, like the ones in these photos. In addition to walking around, there might be times when you’re sitting down to eat or just chill in the shade while you watch a parade. Make sure your pants/shorts are comfortable enough for you to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Flannel shirt or long-sleeved top

I know what you’re thinking. “It’s Florida, why do I need a flannel shirt or long-sleeved top?” Let me tell you why. First of all, there are some times of the year when Florida can be chilly, even during the day. So be sure to check the weather before you leave so that you’re prepared. In addition to that, even during the summer, it can be cool when the sun goes down and you might want something on your arms. Plus, you’ll be glad to have a top to put on when you’re inside a store or ride that has the air conditioning pumping on full blast!

A cute Disney-themed tee

A Disney-related tee is a necessity for a Disney World trip. The Disney tee makes the outfit. I highly recommend checking out a small business to get a really unique Disney-themed tee. The tops sold through Disney or Target are super cute, but I like to get some from small shops as well so I have designs that you don’t see everywhere.

This “Princess Material” tee is from Madison and Mallory. They have a few other park apparel options as well. I’m thinking about getting the “Wake up. Park Hop. Dream. Repeat.” tee in particular.

Mickey accessories

The final piece to any good Disney World outfit are the Mickey accessories. Minnie ears are absolutely needed every time. I’ll be honest, I usually buy a new pair of ears each time I go to Disney World. This year, I got the new Cinderella’s castle ears that I had seen debut online earlier this year. There are a lot of cute options for Mickey ears through Disney or from some small shops online.

I also recommend getting your Magic Band in your favorite color to match your outfit. The millennial pink Magic Band is my personal favorite right now.

Disney has also been coming out with some really cute rose gold sequin accessories that I love. I highly recommend the backpack, matching wallet, ears, earrings and necklace.
